The ACG Diagnostic Series™ is our suite of behaviorally anchored executive assessment instruments. Currently spanning two suites — the Leadership Suite and the Financial Edge Suite — each instrument is designed to give senior leaders an honest, rigorous picture of where they actually stand across the dimensions that matter most at their level.
These aren't personality tests or style inventories. They're diagnostic instruments built on psychometric standards, calibrated against what strong performance actually looks like, and designed to surface the gaps that most professional feedback never reaches.
Each suite offers two instruments at different depths.
The Assessment is a fully automated instrument — comprehensive Likert-scale questions, immediate scored results, and a detailed written report delivered upon completion. No waiting, no scheduling. You complete it and receive your results.
The Diagnostic goes deeper. It includes the full assessment instrument plus a set of reflective prompts that produce a richer behavioral picture. Your results include a personal written analysis from Jerry Justice directly, making it the right choice when you want more than a score — you want someone who knows what they're looking at to tell you what it means.
The Intensive is a private, 30-day one-on-one executive engagement with Jerry Justice — limited to five participants per cohort. It includes a personalized Leadership Diagnostic, two 60-minute private strategy and coaching sessions, a 30-Day Leadership Action Plan, a curated ACG Strategic Insights reading collection selected specifically for your situation, a Post-Engagement Advisory Summary, and direct email access between sessions with a 48-hour response commitment.
It's not a course or a group program. It's built entirely around you.
They're complementary but independent. You don't need to be a consulting client to complete an assessment or diagnostic, and consulting engagements don't require an assessment first. That said, the diagnostic instruments were built on the same standards that drive our advisory work — and for leaders considering a deeper engagement, they're often a natural starting point.
