Terms and Conditions of Enrollment

ACG Leadership Clarity Intensive™

1. Products and Services

The ACG Diagnostic Series™ is a library of precision assessment and diagnostic instruments designed to give senior executives an honest, rigorous picture of where they stand across the dimensions that matter most at their level. The following instruments are currently available under these Terms:

ACG Leadership Assessment™
ACG Leadership Diagnostic™
ACG Financial Edge Assessment™
ACG Financial Edge Diagnostic™

All instruments are administered through an online platform. Access is delivered immediately by automated email following confirmation of payment.

Assessment instruments — ACG Leadership Assessment™ and ACG Financial Edge Assessment™ — consist of a comprehensive set of behavioral statements scored automatically upon completion. A detailed scored report is generated and delivered to the participant immediately upon completing the full instrument.

Diagnostic instruments — ACG Leadership Diagnostic™ and ACG Financial Edge Diagnostic™ — consist of a comprehensive set of behavioral statements and reflective prompts. Upon completion of the full instrument — including all behavioral statements and reflective prompts — a detailed scored report is generated and delivered automatically. Under normal circumstances, personal written analysis prepared by ACG is delivered to the participant by email within 15 business days of confirmation that the full instrument has been completed.

No additional products, services, or deliverables are included beyond those described above for each specific instrument purchased.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase and before access to any instrument is delivered. Payment is processed securely through Wix Payments. Due to the digital nature of these products and the immediate delivery of access upon payment, all payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your financial institution does not constitute a valid request for refund and is a violation of these Terms. Aspirations Consulting Group, LLC™ reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in response to unauthorized chargebacks.

4. Data Handling

Participant responses to all instrument questions, scored results, and report data are maintained within ACG's secure platform. This data is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party. For Diagnostic instruments that include a personal written analysis, participant response data is accessed solely by the ACG team member responsible for preparing that analysis. Participant data is retained for a reasonable period following completion to support any follow-up service needs related to the purchased instrument.

5. Continuation Beyond the Instrument

Purchase of any ACG assessment or diagnostic instrument does not include coaching, consulting, or any other advisory service. Any continuation of services beyond the purchased instrument — including enrollment in the ACG Leadership Clarity Intensive™ or any other ACG engagement — will be governed by a separate written agreement. No continuation of services is implied or guaranteed by purchase of any instrument.

6. Confidentiality

Aspirations Consulting Group, LLC™ will not disclose the participant's identity, instrument responses, scored results, or any other engagement details to any third party without the participant's written consent. The participant agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary materials, frameworks, and instruments provided and may not disclose any intellectual property of Aspirations Consulting Group, LLC™ to third parties without prior written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All products and materials provided under these Terms — including all assessment and diagnostic instruments, scored results, reports, and written analyses — are the intellectual property of Aspirations Consulting Group, LLC™. The participant receives a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access the purchased instrument and results for their own private use. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any materials is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aspirations Consulting Group, LLC™'s liability in connection with any instrument purchase shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the buyer. Aspirations Consulting Group, LLC™ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from purchase or use of any instrument.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or related to the purchase or use of any ACG assessment or diagnostic instrument shall be resolved through confidential arbitration in Orange County, California, under the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Nothing in this section limits ACG's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and Aspirations Consulting Group, LLC™ with respect to the ACG Diagnostic Series™ and supersede any prior communications, representations, or agreements.

By submitting payment, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
