1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions establish the standards governing your use of the Aspirations Consulting Group™ (ACG) website, digital platforms, and all products and services offered therein. By accessing our website or purchasing any product or service, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms in full.

2. Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy and the confidentiality of professional communications represent fundamental aspects of our business relationship. Please review our Privacy Policy, which establishes our comprehensive approach to protecting your professional information and maintaining the discretion expected in strategic consulting relationships.

3. Professional Communications

Digital Correspondence

When you engage with ACG through our website, consultation requests, or professional communications, you consent to receive strategic updates and business correspondence electronically. This includes:

Consultation confirmations and strategic recommendations
Thought leadership content and daily business insights
Professional announcements and service updates
Digital delivery of agreements and business documents

All electronic communications maintain the same professional standards and legal standing as traditional written correspondence.

4. Products and Services

4.1 Consulting and Advisory Services

ACG provides strategic advisory, financial consulting, leadership consulting, operations consulting, IP consulting, speaking, training, and executive coaching services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment for each consulting engagement are established through a separate written proposal or agreement prior to commencement of work.

4.2 Assessment and Diagnostic Instruments

ACG offers executive assessment and diagnostic instruments through the ACG Executive Intelligence Portfolio™, currently comprising the following products:

ACG Leadership Diagnostic™
ACG Financial Edge Assessment™
ACG Financial Edge Diagnostic™

Purchase and Delivery: All assessment and diagnostic instruments are sold through the ACG website. Payment is processed securely through Wix Payments. Upon successful payment, purchasers receive access to their instrument via the link provided at the time of purchase and in the confirmation communication that follows. Delivery is digital and immediate upon payment confirmation.

Completion and Results: Results are generated upon completion of the instrument in full. Partial completions do not generate results. The ACG Leadership Diagnostic™ and ACG Financial Edge Diagnostic™ include a personal written analysis delivered by ACG within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase.

Data Handling: All participant responses and scored results are maintained within ACG's secure platform. ACG does not sell, rent, or share participant data with any third party beyond ACG's own representatives involved in delivering the product. Diagnostic results that include a personal written analysis are accessed by the ACG team member responsible for preparing that analysis and by no one else.

Separate Terms: The ACG Leadership Diagnostic™ and ACG Financial Edge Diagnostic™ are each governed by additional product-specific terms available at the time of purchase and at https://www.aspirations-group.com/terms-assessments-diagnostics.

4.3 ACG Leadership Clarity Intensive™

The ACG Leadership Clarity Intensive™ is a private, one-on-one 30-day executive engagement available by application only. Acceptance into the Intensive is at ACG's sole discretion. The Intensive is governed by separate terms and conditions available at https://www.aspirations-group.com/terms-leadership-intensive, which are provided to applicants upon acceptance and must be agreed to prior to enrollment.

4.4 ACG Strategic Insights™ Subscription

ACG Strategic Insights™ is a complimentary daily publication available to subscribers via the ACG website. Subscription is voluntary and may be cancelled at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every edition. Subscriber data — including name and email address — is maintained exclusively within ACG's platform and is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties beyond ACG's own representatives. Subscriber data is used solely for the purpose of delivering ACG Strategic Insights™ and related ACG communications the subscriber has consented to receive.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

5.1 Payment Processing

All payments for ACG products and services transacted through the ACG website are processed securely through Wix Payments. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your designated payment method in the amount specified at the time of transaction.

5.2 Non-Refundable Policy

All payments made to Aspirations Consulting Group, LLC — whether for professional consulting services, assessment and diagnostic instruments, the ACG Leadership Clarity Intensive™, executive coaching, speaking and training engagements, or any other product or service — are non-cancellable and non-refundable. No exceptions will be made regardless of the circumstances under which the request is made.

By completing any purchase or entering into any service agreement with ACG, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this non-refundable payment policy in full.

5.3 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your financial institution for any ACG product or service does not constitute a valid cancellation or refund and is a violation of these Terms. ACG reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in response to unauthorized chargebacks.

6. Intellectual Property Protection

6.1 Trademarks

The following names, marks, and taglines are trademarks of Aspirations Consulting Group, LLC and may not be used without express written permission:

Unauthorized use of any ACG trademark — including in domain names, social media handles, product names, or marketing materials — is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under applicable law.

6.2 Proprietary Content

ACG's strategic frameworks, methodologies, thought leadership content, assessment instruments, diagnostic tools, and digital resources represent valuable intellectual property developed through decades of international consulting experience. This includes:

Strategic analysis and business insights
Consulting methodologies and frameworks
Daily leadership content and professional commentary
Assessment instruments, scoring frameworks, and report narratives

6.3 Professional Use Standards

ACG's intellectual property is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Access granted through the ACG website is for your personal and professional use only. Commercial redistribution, reproduction for competitive purposes, resale, or unauthorized sharing of any ACG content or instruments requires explicit written permission from ACG.

7. Website Access and Professional Use

7.1 Authorized Usage

ACG grants business professionals limited access to its digital resources for legitimate strategic and educational purposes. This includes:

Accessing thought leadership content and strategic insights
Utilizing consultation request systems and professional communications
Reviewing service information and related materials
Personal reference use of published methodologies and frameworks

7.2 Prohibited Activities

8. Professional Account Standards

8.1 Consultation Access

If you establish a professional account for consultation services or ongoing strategic communications, you maintain responsibility for:

Confidentiality of access credentials and consultation materials
Accuracy of professional information and business requirements
Compliance with professional communication standards
Prompt notification of any unauthorized account access

ACG reserves the right to modify access, discontinue services, or terminate professional relationships that fail to meet its business integrity standards.

9. Content and Communications Standards

While ACG maintains rigorous standards for strategic recommendations and professional service delivery, the dynamic nature of business strategy requires that all consulting advice be evaluated within your specific business context, market conditions, and strategic objectives.

Professional consulting relationships involve collaborative strategic development where outcomes depend on multiple factors including market conditions, implementation effectiveness, and evolving business circumstances.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Service Standards

ACG provides strategic consulting services and thought leadership content based on professional expertise and industry best practices. Business strategy implementation involves inherent risks and market variables beyond ACG's direct control.

11.2 Professional Judgment

All strategic recommendations require professional judgment in application to specific business circumstances. Clients maintain responsibility for strategic decisions and implementation approaches.

11.3 Liability Cap

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ACG's total liability arising out of or related to any product, service, or engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. In no event shall ACG be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Professional Arbitration

Professional disputes related to consulting services, products, or any other matter arising under these Terms shall be resolved through confidential arbitration in Orange County, California, consistent with professional service industry standards.

12.2 Arbitration Process

The American Arbitration Association's commercial arbitration rules govern dispute resolution procedures.

12.3 Confidentiality

All arbitration proceedings maintain the confidentiality standards expected in strategic consulting relationships.

12.4 Intellectual Property Protection

Disputes involving intellectual property rights may require immediate court intervention to protect proprietary strategic methodologies, frameworks, and registered trademarks. Nothing in this arbitration clause limits ACG's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property matters.

13. Terms Modification

13.1 Evolving Standards

As ACG's services and digital platforms evolve, these Terms and Conditions may be updated to reflect enhanced professional standards, regulatory requirements, or service capabilities.

13.2 Notification

Material changes affecting existing professional relationships will be communicated through standard business channels with appropriate advance notice.

13.3 Continued Use

Your ongoing use of ACG services following terms modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, reflecting the professional service standards applicable to strategic consulting relationships and intellectual property protection.
