1. Products & Services

 

The ACG Diagnostic Series™ is a library of precision assessment and diagnostic instruments built to the same standard — rigorous, honest, and genuinely useful tools to executives who take their development seriously. They are administered through an online platform which is used by the participant to review and respond to various questions and reflections. Access to the platform is delivered immediately by automated email after confirmation of payment. In the specific case of products labeled as a Diagnostic rather than those labeled as an Assessment, a detailed analysis and report is also included and will be delivered to the participant by email within 10 business days of confirmation that the full Diagnostic instrument — including all behavioral statements and reflective prompts — has been completed.

 

No additional products, services, or deliverables are included.

 

2. Payment

 

Full payment is required at the time of purchase and before any access to the diagnostic instruments is delivered. Due to the digital nature of these products, all payments are non-refundable under any circumstance.

 

3. Continuation Beyond the Assessment or Diagnostic

 

Any continuation of services, such as coaching or consulting, beyond completion of the diagnostic instrument will be governed by a separate written agreement. No continuation of services is implied or guaranteed by purchase of the diagnostic instrument.

4. Confidentiality

 

Aspirations Consulting Group, LLC™ will not disclose the participant's identity, diagnostic results, or other related details to any third party without the participant's written consent. The participant agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary materials, frameworks, and instruments provided during the engagement and may not disclose any intellectual property of Aspirations Consulting Group, LLC™ to third parties without prior written consent.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All products or services provided under this agreement — including but not limited to all diagnostic instruments, the results, any analysis or reports provided hereunder — are the intellectual property of Aspirations Consulting Group, LLC™. The participant receives a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access the purchased products or services for their own private use. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any materials is prohibited.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

Aspirations Consulting Group, LLC™'s liability in connection with this engagement shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the buyer. Aspirations Consulting Group, LLC™ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of any of its products or services hereunder.

7. Governing Law

 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

 

8. Entire Agreement

 

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and Aspirations Consulting Group, LLC™ with respect to the ACG Diagnostic Series™ and supersede any prior communications, representations, or agreements.

 

By submitting payment, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
